Originals: framing and mounting
Original artworks look fantastic without an external frame and are therefore sold unframed unless otherwise stated.

If a particular artwork is framed, this will be stated on the artwork product page, and you will see the frame with the photo of the artwork.

All canvas paintings come stretched on a normal canvas frame.

Measurements
The measurements of the original artwork have been provided in centimetres.

Delivery charges and times
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the artwork.

The cost of secure postage and packaging in the UK is a flat rate of £30 per piece. You will receive a tracking number to track the journey of your painting and all orders should be delivered within 14 days (subject to Covid-related delays with the courier).

For all orders outside of the UK, shipping will be charged at £200, excluding any import fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged at your destination. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery (again, subject to Covid-related delays).

Local collection
Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your painting from Watford, Hertfordshire. Please select 'Pick up' at checkout, and we'll be in touch to arrange a date for collection.

Invoicing
We automatically generate and send by email a full invoice for every purchase.

Returns
For any returns, you must notify us in writing of your desire to return the painting, within 7 days of receipt. All requests for returns must be sent to hello@siddiqajuma.co.uk and you will be notified of the relevant returns address and procedure.

We would recommend all returns are insured to cover the full sale price of the painting and that all items are packaged securely to prevent damage.

The customer will in all circumstances be responsible for the cost of the return and any required packaging. We reserve the right to retain 10% of the original purchase price to cover administrative fees. The outstanding amount will be refunded to you within 14 days of the return being received at our office.
In the unlikely event that the returned painting is received damaged, we reserve the right to retain the full purchase price as compensation.
